Potrai monitorare in tuo pacco in qualunque momento. Inserisci il tuo numero di cellulare e l'indirizzo mail e riceverai il numero di tracking ed il link corrispondente via e-mail o sms. Se il prodotto non viene ritirato, dopo il secondo tentativo verrà fatto rientrare e verranno addebitati i costi per la consegna. Gli ordini eseguiti entro le 12:00 verranno processati in giornata, diversamente passeranno al giorno successivo.

Ritiro in Negozio
Potrai ritirare i tuoi ordini, gratuitamente, nel nostro negozio in Via Leonardo da Vinci a Brescia. Non appena saranno disponibili gli articoli che hai ordinato, riceverai un’email per poterli ritirare. Di seguito gli orari per il pickup del tuo ordine:

Il costo della spedizione è di 29.90€ - Il prodotto viene pagato comprensivo di iva Italiana che verrà successivamente rimborsata al momento della spedizione del prodotto.

NON EFFETTUIAMO SERVIZIO TAX FREE IN NEGOZIO
L'esenzione dall'iva Italiana avviene solo per acquisti effettuati e spediti online: dopo il pagamento viene immediatamente rimborsato all'acquirente il valore corrispondente allo scorporo del 22% di iva, successivamente il prodotto viene spedito con fattura esente iva e, al momento della ricezione del collo il destinatario dovrà pagare il valore dell'iva del paese di destinazione.

You can track your package at any time. Enter your mobile number and email address to receive the tracking number and the corresponding link via email or SMS. If the product is not collected, after the second attempt it will be returned to us and delivery costs will be charged. Orders placed by 12:00 PM will be processed the same day; otherwise, they will be processed the following day.

In-Store Pickup You can pick up your orders, free of charge, at our store in Via Leonardo da Vinci in Brescia. As soon as the items you ordered are available, you will receive an email to collect them. Below are the hours for order pickup:

Monday 15:00 17:00 Tuesday-Friday 10:00 13:00 / 15:00 17:00 Saturday Morning 10:00 13:00

Do not forget to show the order email to the operator at the time of collection.

Extra-EU Shipping The shipping cost is 29.90€ - The product is paid inclusive of Italian VAT, which will be subsequently refunded at the time of shipping.
