Reso o sostituzione Facile e GRATUITO (solo per gli acquisti in Italia)

Per prima cosa scarica l'etichetta con precompilato il nostro indirizzo, compila il tuo indirizzo nello spazio "MITTENTE" e aggiungi, in alto a destra, il codice di ritiro che troverai nella mail del corriere quando verrà fatta la tua prenotazione. Impacchetta il prodotto nell’imballo originale e applica l'etichetta precedentemente compilata. Non consegnare il prodotto privo di imballo al corriere! Compila il form sottostante inserendo tutte le informazioni richieste e, giunto alla fine, clicca su invia. In questo modo noi riceveremo la tua richiesta di reso o sostituzione che potremo gestire in autonomia. Riceverai una mail di conferma dal corriere per il ritiro del pacco all’indirizzo che hai specificato e nel giorno da te scelto.

La richiesta di reso va inoltrata a Minoia Board Co. entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce. I prodotti privi di cartellini, plastica protettiva o articoli sprovvisti di etichette non verranno accettati e verranno rispediti all’acquirente (art 57 D. Lgs 206/2005).

In caso di rimborso, se l'acquisto è stato fatto con pagamento in contrassegno, il denaro ti verrà rimborsato con bonifico bancario o su un account paypal.

Il reso gratuito è solo per gli acquisti in Italia. Per il resto dell'Europa il reso verrà gestito in autonomia dall'acquirente

Easy and FREE Return or Exchange (Italy purchases only)

First, download the label with our pre-filled address, fill in your address in the SENDER space and add, on the top right, the collection code that you will find in the courier email once your booking is made. Pack the product in its original packaging and apply the previously filled label. Do not hand over the product to the courier without packaging! Fill out the form below by entering all the requested information and, once at the end, click send. This way we will receive your return or exchange request which we can manage independently. You will receive a confirmation email from the courier for the package collection at the address you specified and on the day you chose.

The return request must be submitted to Minoia Board Co. within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Products without tags, protective plastic or items without labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer (art 57 D. Lgs 206/2005).

In case of a refund, if the purchase was made with cash on delivery, the money will be refunded via bank transfer or to a paypal account.

Free returns are only for purchases in Italy. For the rest of Europe, the return will be managed independently by the buyer
